Apartments rent for: 1 bedroom $1250.00, 2 bedroom $1450.00 per month:

• The rent includes water, sewer, and garbage collection.

• Upon approval a minimum 12-month lease is required.

• A non-refundable deposit credit of $1000.00 is required to hold a unit for any time prior to occupancy. This is credited to first months rent. No security deposit required.

• All adults (2 maximum) are required to complete an application and pay a $25.00 each application fee (per adult) to process the application. This fee in non-refundable. Make appointment to deliver application.

• Electricity is to be paid directly to KU by tenant at the time of occupancy. Tenant is to apply for this service prior to occupancy.

• 2 pets are allowed at $25.00 per month plus N/R fee of $200.00 , 2 $25.00 N/F fee $300.00 Regulations apply to the responsibility of all pet owners.
